He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Basford and Mary Jones Basford. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Garnjobst (David) of Fountain, Rodney Basford (Kathy) of Richmond, Andrea Wiley (Mark) of Rush and Rhonda Basford of Lubbock, Texas; his grandchildren, Rebecca Webb, Jeremy Basford and Shane Wiley; his great grandchildren, Derek Webb Jr., Mya Jane Webb, Raylynn Basford, Carter Wiley and Malcome Wiley; and his brother David Basford of New Westville, Ohio. He is also survived by cousins; and many friends.
