It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lacy Clayton Barnett of Richmond, Indiana, born in Empire, Alabama, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Columbus and Artie Missie Barnett; his wife Alice; his grandson Michael Robert Barnett; his stepgranddaughter Michelle Anne White; and his siblings, Mattie, Ollie, Letha, Oretta, Lucy, Sanford and Paul.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Barnett and Gwendolen White (Michael); his grandchildren, Kristy Barnett, Edward Barnett (Danae) and Alicia White; and his great grandchildren, Robert Brown, Mitchell Brown, Samuel Brown and Julia Barnett.
