She is survived by: her husband Terry Stanley; her daughter Angie Scott Thompson of Richmond, Indiana; her grandchildren, Brandon McAllister, Jay Jenkins and Chris Jenkins; and her siblings, Denise Stephenson of Lexington, Kentucky and John Stephenson of Williamsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
