He was predeceased by: his close friend Carlton Biscoe; his brother Kenny Neal; and his grandmother Peggy Rude. He is survived by: his mother Joy Dalton; his sisters, Kim Lovins (Randy), Paula Shouse (Teddy) and Brandi Chapman (Michael); and his daughter Hannah Kay Blaise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
