He is survived by: his mother Hazel Fortner; his former wife Lori Longworth Clarke; his siblings, Kimberly Clarke and Doug Clarke (Jennie); his nieces and nephews, Devin Baker, Alexis Clarke, Ashley Coppenharver, Tristan Clarke, Dustin Clarke and Christopher Clarke; and his mother-in-law Velma Longworth Wyatt. He is also survived by 4 beautiful great nieces.
