We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2024, at the age of 81, Joyce N. Tipton of Richmond, Indiana, born in Livingston, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sams and Kitty Bell Smith Sams; her husband Jessie Tipton; and her siblings, Pauline Sheppard, Wade Sams and John Sams Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Tipton, Donald Tipton and Danny Tipton; her grandchildren, Bailey Swearingen, Jessie Swearingen, Amber Tipton and Brittany Tipton; and her siblings, Cora Lee Gray, Janet Miller, Charlie Sams (Sadie) and Vernon Sams (Pam). She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many friends.
