He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Partridge Perkins and Isom Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Nelcedelia Perkins; his children, Vickie Perkins, Luvern Perkins, LaDonny Harris, Mark Buford of Dayton, Carlos Buford of Dayton, Ricky Hindsman of Dayton, Tyrone Johnson of Florida, Timothy Evans (Martha) of Florida and Antonio (Dion) of California; his siblings, Isom Perkins (Victoria), Jerry Perkins, Willa May Cunningham of Dayton and Margaret Edwards of North Dakota; and his nephew Terry Buford. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
