Weston and Tina Emery Rivers Weston; his wife Shirley Weston (James); his sons, Wade Everett Weston and Michael Joe Weston; his great grandchild Everlynn Weston; his brothers, Jasper Weston, Norman Joe Weston and Buddy Joe Weston; and his brothers-in-law, Tommy York and Dave Gurley.

He is survived by: his children, Melissa Sue Squires (Steve) of Troy, Joseph Allen Weston (Tiffany) of Crab Orchard, Robert Scott Weston (Crystal) of Corinth and Jennifer Ann Givens of Elkton; his sisters, Janice Ann York of Centerville, Mary Gurley of Madison and Virginia Weilenman (Gary) of Cambridge City; his grandchildren, David, Derek, Steven, Amanda, Aaron, Harley, Wesley, Ashlynd, Charity, Justice, Addison, Gemma, Keenan, Damon, Brenden, Kiersten, Jazlynn, Devin, Cameron, Caden and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Jose, Luke and Kaydence.
