He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter George and Joyce Ann Edwards Fessler; and his sister Teresa McGuire. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ann Newton (Billie) of Liberty, Cathy Richardson (Dean) of Richmond, John Fessler (Nancy) of Lexington and Chris Fessler of Richmond. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins; and many friends.
