He is survived by: his wife Rosie Francie Hatfield Cook; his daughters, Kathy Cook Cordell (Mark) of Richmond and Jennifer Cook of Richmond; his grandchildren, Ryan Cook (April), Ashley Sparks and Jacob Sparks; and his great grandchildren, Draven and Ariel Cook. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many friends.
