He is survived by: his wife Judy Phillips Thrasher; his children, Phillip Thrasher (Tina) and Shauna Thrasher; his grandsons, Evan and Luke Thrasher; and his sister Meredith Thrasher. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many friends.
