He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Mahaley; his daughters, Janeen Smith (Kevin) of Lynchburg, Virginia and Jill Luczkowski (John) of Westfield, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Hannah Smith, Haley Smith Hammond (Cort), Jacob Smith, Meghan Luczkowski and Emma Luczkowski.
