He is survived by: his children, Mark Williams (Nicole) and Chiquita Gipson; his grandchildren, Kira, Arik, Chase and Johnathan; his siblings, Thedda Pope, Cornelia Scott and Fred Scott (Sue); his brother-in-law Marvin Walker; and his friend Kisha May Gipson.
