He was predeceased by: his wife Anna; and his son John Ferriell Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, George Ferriell (Tina) and Richard Ferriell (Diane Sharpe) of Richmond; his daughter-in-law Deborah Hanson; his grandchildren, Jennifer Robertson (Chad), George Ferriell Jr. (Megan), Kendrick Ferriell (Erika), Nicholas Ferriell, Renee Ferriell (Luke Hanna), Miranda Ferriell and Drew Simmermeyer (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Bryce, Caleb, Gavin, Adrienne, Corbin, Anna Lynn, Kayson and Cooper.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions my be given to Centerville Schools Dollars for Scholars or the school's athletic department 115 West South Street Centerville, Indiana 47330.
