He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chase and Alice Chase; and his siblings, Dorothy Gayhart, Betty Gayhart, Linda Gayhart, Robin Gayhart and Larry Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hall; his children, Sharon Chase-Gray, Jamie Schuler, Samantha Jo Sams, Steven and Jason Hall; his grandchildren, Skylar, Izaiah, James, Desiree, Thomas, Tony, Rachelle, Jasmine and Lukas; his sisters, Shirley Greenhagen of Washington and Mary Gayhart of Lima; and his close friends, Aldi and Leonard Jewett. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
