It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joey Bailey of Richmond, Indiana, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on March 1, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bailey and Carolyn Bailey (Middleton); and his brother Scottie Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Travis Bailey and April Carrell (Zane); and his siblings, Carrlee Bailey and Shane Bailey. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
