He is survived by: his mother Juanita Mulligan (Dunn) of Winchester; his children, Jennifer Milligan, Zachary Wisener and Corey Milligan; his siblings, Brian Milligan and Teresa Crawford (Danny); and his friend Steve Hammer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
