He is survived by: his son Justin Sheets of Richmond; his grandson Xander Sheets of Hamilton, Ohio; and his siblings, Carolyn Abbott of Richmond, Vickie Fleenor of Richmond, Rebecca Spradling (William) of Richmond, Richard L. Sheets (Lynda) of Richmond, Jesse T. Sheets Jr. (Shirley) of Mason and Steven Sheets of Richmond. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; cousins; and many friends.
