He is survived by: his parents, Charles Sizemore of Preble County, Ohio and Shirley Burke Sizemore (Dennis Debold) of Salina, Kansas; his sister Jennifer Smith (Dave) of Salina, Kansas; his nieces, Megan Trejo (Freddy) of Salina and Melissa Coffin (Jim) of Columbus, Ohio; his great-niece Zea Wilson; his great-nephews, Gavin Coffin, Andreas and Maxwell Trejo; his close friends, Jerry Daugherty, Tony Catron (Adrienne), Joe McIntosh, Ed Melling and Sam Wilson; and his stepsons, Jason and Ryan Sizemore. He is also survived by his brothers; numerous aunts; uncles; and cousins.
