She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Youngflesh and Esther Fienning Youngflesh; her husband Wayne Estel Vincent; and her grandson Theodore Braxton. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Braxton (Donald) of Huntingdon, Michael Vincent (Jennifer) of Swarthmore, Rachel Etherington (Joseph) of Richmond, Jeremy Vincent (Kimberly) of Richmond, Vietnamese, Hai Tran (Ellie) of Richmond and An Tran (Tan) of Richmond; her grandchildren, Sam Braxton (Glynis), Grace Braxton, Virginia, Johanna Vincent, Esther Etherington, Lily, Henry Vincent, Hong Davis, Brien, Jessica, Robert Tran, Alunee Tran, Autida Bowling and Alex Topalovic (Kristina); and her siblings, Joan Kuipers, Jim Youngflesh (Doreen) and Jay Youngflesh (Michal).

“I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Jane Vincent. She and I were classmates in the class of 1957 in the IU School of Nursing. Later we worked together on the faculty of the School of Nursing, especially closely the year that I served as interim Asst. Dean on the IU East Campus. She was a caring champion of student nurses as well as of all who needed help or support. She gave tirelessly to others and will be long remembered for caring service. Rest in peace, Marge Applegate”
