He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Walter and Violet Marie Cookman Miller; his brothers, David Lee and Harold Walter "Sonny" Miller; his brother-in-law Samuel McQueen; and his nephews, Samuel McQueen Jr. and Joseph McQueen.
He is survived by: his sister Saundra McQueen of Mount Vernon; his niece Julie Chapman (Keith) of Mount Vernon; his nephews, Samuel Miller (Carol) of Mount Vernon and Matthew Miller (Jennifer) of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; his close friend David Loyd of Portland, Indiana; and his pets, Binx and Vinnie. He is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews; cousins; many friends.
