He is survived by: his former wife Catherine Angelo; his friends, Jerry Lentz, Joe Greco and Lynn Shumway; his wife Cathy Ludke; his daughter Amy Burris (Daniel) of Richmond, IN; his granddaughters, Ella and Effie; his brother Kenneth Ludke (Marie) of Broomfield, CO; and his cousin Dick Johnson of Green Bay, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
