She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor C. Owens and Mary M. Mink Owens; her husband Harrison Leon Frazier; and her siblings, Elizabeth Jones, Lucille Burdette, Kathleen Thornburg, James, Jessie and Raymond Owens.
She is survived by: her son Robert K. Barnhart of Albuquerque; her grandson Barney Barnhart of Fountain City, Indiana; and her sister Gladys Eliason of Richmond. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
