With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel Smith of Richmond, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Daugherty and Sarah Kindrick Daugherty; and her husband Cecil Smith. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Moore (David), Keith Smith (Kimberly) and Mark Smith (Melinda); her grandchildren, Ava Smith, Logan Smith, Chad Moore, Brian Moore (Kim), Lisa Webster (Craig) and Ryan Smith; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Mandy Moore, Alaina and Cailene Webster; and her sisters, Bertha Lakes and Elsie Ingram. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
