It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harriet Pennington of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Collier and Opal Collier. She is survived by: her sister Juman Collier-Bruce of Indianapolis; and her children, Kimberly Snowden of Richmond, IN, Shay Pennington of Dayton, OH and Tony Pennington of Richmond, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
