He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Eugene Ramey and Mary Elizabeth Ramey (McKee); his sister Martha; and his wives, Joan (Wolsleger) and Patsy.
He is survived by: his children, Tony (Debbie), Tim (Kim), Mark Woodlief (Krista) and Rhonda Stockton; his siblings, Bill and Sandy; his stepdaughters, Deborah and Pamela; and his stepgranddaughter Rhonda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
