He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Miller Baker; his daughter Carol (Mike O'Kelly) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his daughter-in-law Amy Sykes Baker of Richmond; his grandchildren, Austin, Mitchell, Paige, Erin and Grace; his great grandchildren, Bryce and Ava; and his sister Joyce Graham of Albany, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many friends.
