She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Johnson and Ruby Elizabeth Parkey Johnson; and her brothers, Billie, James Burton, Jennings, Harold and Ronald Johnson.
She is survived by: her significant other Edward Mullins; her daughters, Lori Lynn Lambright (Brad) of Centerville and April Elaine Branstetter (Matthew) of West Virginia; her great grandchildren, Gentry Williams, Vivian Davis, Zoey and Corie Schroeder; and her sisters, Lorene Gregory, Norma Strader, Gladys Ruth Johnson, Mary Hastings and Ella Jean Cox. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
