He is survived by: his children, Ivan West of Richmond and Racheal West Mitchell (Chris) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Taylor Feaster of Richmond, Stella West of Richmond, Christopher of Richmond and Zachary Mitchell of Richmond; his brother Michael Foust (Teri) of Richmond; his niece Stephanie Steele (Toby) of Noblesville, Indiana; his nephew Tony Foust of Richmond; his aunts, Teresa Altenbach of Cincinnati and Lena Mullins of Richmond; and his close friends, Phyllis Tyra of Richmond, Benny Perry of Richmond, Leslie West of Richmond and Cathy West of Richmond. He is also survived by cousins; and many friends.
