He is survived by: his children, Karen B. Smallwood (Fred) of Richmond and Bradley F. Perry of Greenwood, Indiana; his granddaughter Jessica N. Richardson (Raymond) of New Paris, Ohio; and his great grandchild Everly A. Richardson.
