He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Roberts Alter; his children, Jon Alter (Mark Killingbeck) of Texas, Kristen Cole (Tim) of Richmond and Brian Alter (Amber) of Washington; his grandchildren, Travis Wolfe (Kirstin) of Kentucky, Jesi Cole of Richmond and Broc Cole (Ashley) of Centerville, Indiana; his siblings, Diane Porfidio (David) of Florida, Katy Kneier (Andy) of California and Skip Alter (Debbie) of Ohio; and his friend Legends. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins.
