With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin Owens (Richmond, Indiana), who passed away on September 9, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Owens and Louie Himes Owens; his wife Emma Jane Owens of Richmond; his grandchildren, Amber Jane Smith of Richmond, Samantha Ginine Owens of Indianapolis, Shane Anthony Alexander of Richmond and Zachary Vincent Owens of Indianapolis; and his great grandchild Xander James Alexander. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current pandemic, the family would like to respectfully request that only close family and friends come to funeral services prepared to wear their masks and to practice social distancing.
