She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Pennington and Elsie Harris Pennington; her husband Ed Winkle; her children, Kenny Watson and Sandy Turner; her stepsons, Michael and David Winkle; and her brothers, Medford, Edgar and Lowell Pennington.
She is survived by: her children, Edwina Winkle of Richmond, Indiana and Jeff Watson (Linda) of Morehead, Kentucky; her stepchildren, Wendell Winkle of Elliott County, Kentucky, Terry Winkle of Elliott County, Kentucky and Joy Adams of Ohio; and her brothers, Denvil Pennington of Morehead, Donald Pennington of Morehead and Van Pennington of Guysville, Ohio. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
