He is survived by: his wife Wanda F. Underwood; his children, Zanetta Stephens of Connersville, Norma Herbolt (Jim) of Richmond, Rita Boggs of Dayton, Darlene Boggs of Richmond, Teresa Underwood of Richmond, Tonia Underwood of Richmond, Gail Underwood of Richmond and Eugene Underwood of Richmond; his grandchildren, Tina Burdette (Jordy), Chaun Boggs and Jacob Church; his great grandchildren, Taylor Kinnison and Gabby Burdette; his brothers, Robert Underwood (Adelaide) of Fort Wayne, Jerry Underwood of Fort Wayne, Steven Underwood of Fort Wayne and Willie Underwood of Fort Wayne; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Underwood and Marva Embry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
