She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Giacomin and Margaret Giacomin; her daughter Julie Ann; and her sisters, Irma Piehl and Fortuna Patrizzi.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Sparks (Jerry) of Delaware, OH; her grandchildren, Stuart Sparks, Crystal Sparks, Angela Sparks and Julie Sparks; her son Jim of Worthington, OH; and her grandsons, Mike Sharvin (Amber), David Sharvin (Jamie) and John Sharvin (Dana).
