She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Powell and Ruby Powell; her husband Oliver Blevins; her siblings, Robert C. Powell, Albert W. Powell, Erman Powell and Betty Bond; and her grandmother Cook.
She is survived by: her children, John Blevins (Dana) and Betty Leonard (John); her grandchildren, Chelse Leonard, John Blevins (Courtney), Mathew Leonard, Tyler Blevins (Macey) and Olivia Morgan (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Brady Johnson, Heidy Blevins, Emelia Blevins, John Blevins, Corban Blevins and Adalyn Morgan; her sister Nan Jones; and her sister-in-law Lorene Blevins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
