He is survived by: his children, Erica Bond (Joseph) of Richmond, Indiana, Eric Scalf (Macy) of Richmond, Indiana and Dale Scalf of Richmond, Indiana; his grandchildren, Violet and Evan Dean; his sister Kathleen Dunaway of Liberty, Indiana; and his pet Sparky. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; many friends.
