Elma Rigsby Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2021, at the age of 95, Elma Rigsby of Richmond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse JB Rigsby; and her siblings, Mary Plankenhorn, Nancy Smith, Joe Filby, Dale Filby and Donald "Red" Filby.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Rigsby (Pam), Jim Rigsby and Karen Estep (Bill); her grandchildren, Amanda Hildebrand (Shawn), Jacob Rigsby (Jasmine), Nathan Rigsby (Erica) and Ashley Partin (Timmy); and her sister Christine Temple. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
