Elaine Barnes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Barnes of Richmond, Indiana, born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Carlson and Hildur Erickson Carlson; her husband Howard Barnes; and her brothers, Gordon and Gene Carlson.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Barnes (Patricia) and Ronald Barnes; her grandchildren, Jennifer Longnecker, Amanda Infinger (Brian), James Barnes (Kristi), Greg Barnes (Beth) and Bryan Barnes (Ashley); and her sister-in-law Myrna Carlson. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donation be made to the 1st English Lutheran Church, 2727 E Main St, Richmond, IN 47374, or to the Alzheimer's Association.
