He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin H. and Nina Morrison Miller Sr.; his daughter Debra Hale; and his granddaughter Angela Renee Brown. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Anna West Miller of Richmond; his children, John Edwin Miller (Sue) of Whitewater and Ruth Ann Brown (Ricky) of Richmond; his grandchildren, John Miller, Terri Lynn Keener, Traci Clark, Stephanie Nicholson and Kimberly Hale; and his siblings, William Miller of Bluffton, Edna Farr of Hagerstown and Rosemary Rodgers of Richmond. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren, one great grandchild.
