He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. Davis and Lillian Knight Davis; his significant other Joyce K. Thompson; his children, Lisa Ann Farmer and Robert Michael Davis; and his sister Bonnie May (Cathy Cooley).
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Davis (Laura) of Centerville and Glenn Davis of Richmond; his son-in-law John Farmer; his grandchildren, Chris Davis of Richmond, Andrea Farmer (Nurudeen) of Indianapolis, Josh Farmer (Christa) of Richmond, Dani Ann Davis of Centerville, Aaron Davis of Muncie and Chase Davis of Richmond; his stepgrandchildren, Alicia Buck of Ohio, Jen Crain (Bryan) of Richmond, Andrew Wilson (Trish) of Richmond and Truman Davis of Brownsville; his great grandchildren, Breanna (Logan), Alayna, Robert, T'Lisa and Kailee; his close friends, William Herkert of New Jersey, Bobby Herkert, John Purcell and Tom Mong; and his nephews, Kenny Cooley and Andrew May. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Community Family Funeral Home (101 W Main St, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
