Edna left this world on November 27, 2024 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Newby and Mary Osborne Newby; and her brother Clifton Newby. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Medaris; her son Daryl Medaris (Amy); her friend Chris McAdams; her grandchildren, Jodi Hansen (Jim), Jonathan Medaris (Nichole), Hannah Hussey (Eric), Luke Medaris (Samantha) and Jordan Wesler (Rachel); and her siblings, Gloria Lambert, Tony Newby (Irma) and James Newby. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitewater Christian Church (7918 North State Road 227, Richmond, IN 47341). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
