She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Fowler and Minnie Kate Freeman Fowler; her husband Dr. Robert L. Bragg; her children, Shelly A. Bragg and Bradley L. Bragg; and her grandsons, Brent Bragg and Brandon Perry.
She is survived by: her brother Earl Fowler. She is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; and many friends.
