He was predeceased by: his grandfather Stephen Godwin. He is survived by: his parents, Kelly F. Godwin and Rod Sprouse; his daughters, Amira and Gracie; his siblings, Amanda Weaver, Hailey Sprouse and Joshua Ryan Sprouse; his aunt Shannon; his uncle Greg Mechan; his cousins, Sarah and Emily; his grandparents, Jim, Lana Sprouse and Carole Godwin; his aunt Jennifer Carpenter; and his cousins, Justin Godwin, Kiersten Carpenter and Austin Carpenter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged for a fund to be established for Amira.
