He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Chenowith (Amy) of Centerville and Chad Chenowith (Kristen) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his grandchildren, Morgane VanWinkle (Isaac) of Centerville, Madison Phenis (Patrick) of Richmond, Max Chenowith of Centerville, Ethan and Harper Chenowith of Fort Wayne; his great grandchildren, Adelyn, Findlay, Ellie Phenis of Richmond, Tristin, Loralai and Mia VanWinkle of Centerville; and his close friends, Brenda Johnston, Ernie Clark and Don Winchester.
