She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Goins and Ruby Hartman Goins; her husband Omar David Kincaid; the father of her children Gerald Wayne Collins; her siblings, Madlynn, Danny and Doug; and her son-in-law Sam Prager.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannette Prager of Indianapolis, Indiana and Harold "Wayne" Collins (Dee Dee) of Richmond; her sister Della Harden (Fred) of Schererville, Indiana; and her close friend Jean Pugh. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
