She was predeceased by: her parents, Eston Fowler and Carolyn Joan Norris Fowler; her daughter Amanda Fleenor; and her brothers, Kevin Fowler and Jerry Fowler.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeremy Ballinger (Renee Mullins) and Nathan Fleenor; her sisters, Cindy Elliott and Peggy Fowler; her grandchildren, Noah Ballinger, Dillon Ballinger (Kiersten Ziegler), Shauna Mullins (Johnathan Snyder) and Cari Mullins (Joshua Dixon); her former husband Will Fleenor; her great grandchildren, Isabella Dixon, Hunter Snyder and Hayden Snyder; her sister-in-law Venecia Fowler; and her close friends, Nevine Anderson and Marla Jansing.
