She is survived by: her children, Ami Perryman of Blairsville, Georgia of Richmond, Indiana, William Sluis (Kelly) of Richmond, Indiana and Nancy Mapes of Richmond, Indiana; her grandchildren, John Shocknome, Jr. of Fountain City, Debra Sluis of Richmond, Bobby Honaker of Maryland, Cortney Stein of Richmond, James Sluis of Richmond, Dillon Hofaker of Richmond, Savannah Sluis of Richmond, Shawn Sluis of Richmond, Ashley Sluis of Richmond and Hannah Aguilar of Washington; her great grandchildren, Madilyn, Melanie, Mackenzie Howell and Karter Sluis; and her close friends, Kathy Henderson, Mark of Caravan and Dora.
