We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2020, at the age of 91, Donalee Carol Phelps (Richmond, Indiana), born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donalee Carol Phelps to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Franklin and Anna E. Howard Payne; her husband James Gordon Phelps; and her sister Joann Payne Krebs. She is survived by: her children, Carol Phelps Barker of Greens Fork, Jennifer Phelps Cate (Chuck) of Richmond, Steven Earl Franklin Phelps (Cathy Basoco) of Shepherdsville and Robert "Bob" Mark Phelps (Dana Weaver) of Falling Waters; and her brother Howard William Payne of Erlanger, Kentucky. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
