With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald H. Cook of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on May 19, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Cook and Mona L. Lucas Cook; his daughter Terry Ann; and his siblings, Edith Alexander and Jim Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah S. "Sally" Jarrett Cook; his nieces and nephews, Rosie Garrett, Kathy Gilmore, John Cook, Mark Fesmire, Philip Fesmire (Cindy) and Courtland Fesmire (Diana); and his close friend Rick Flamm.
